What is a CHART Certified Coach?
The CHART Coaches participate in a 5-week program consisting of self-paced and virtual sessions to develop your skills and understanding of coaching and mentoring peers in the clinical setting. Coaches are introduced to a new coaching method that utilizes CLASS™ - Continuous Learning Accountability Support System. The CHART Certified Coach Program is facilitated by CHART Healthcare Academy leaders who have stood in your shoes as an emerging leader in EP.
What does a CHART Certified Coach do?
Once certified, CHART Coaches are qualified to coach and mentor peers one-on-one or in small groups who have goals to build foundational knowledge and skill in EP, advance their skills in the EP procedures, or prepare for credentialing exams: RCES, CEPS, CCDS, CDRMS.
CHART Coaches are taught course facilitation techniques and given opportunities to use those skills during live courses conducted by CHART. Coaches give back to their #EPeeps community by submitting blog posts, case studies, and reference materials to the CHART community forum.
As subject matter experts, CHART Certified Coaches also participate in the CHA Ask the Expert website feature! Ask the Expert is a direct messaging format for EP community members who have questions while working through their EP learning journey.
After completing the CHART Certified Coach Program, new Coaches are part of the CHART team. You are invited to participate in many company activities and become a valued member of the CHART Healthcare Academy family.
